Slow Pulp is an alternative and indie rock band from Madison, Wisconsin, now based in Chicago. Comprised of Emily Massey, Henry Stoehr, Teddy Mathews, and Alex Leeds, they blend dreamy shoegaze, grunge, and lo-fi, creating a nostalgic and immersive atmosphere.
Since their debut, Slow Pulp has developed a unique and solid music identity, exploring introspective and personal themes through carefully crafted, heartfelt composition. Written during a period of deep reflection and change, their album Moveys, capturing a mix of melancholy and raw energy. The band refined their style with their album Yard, exploring themes of self-reflection and growth.
